We have had a bit of a gap in the blog due to shows and general exhaustion. Enough of the excuses!
So, for those who went to Billing Show, how was it for you? We met many of our customers who braved the rain and made many new friends.
We thought it worked well with much improved cleanliness in the showers and toilets. Well done Live and LRO! - but you need to do something about Peterborough where the showers are pretty awful (‘she who must not be named’ says this is a massive understatement). These may see unimportant if you are a day visitor but for exhibitors and campers they are very important.
There was a strong showing of overseas visitors at Billing all with a strong Euro Currency to spend.
One customer offered to wax the legs of our two cheeky chappies and they nearly said yes. They said it was too cold at night so I went out and bought them both a pink Peppa Pig blanket. I am told there are some pictures of them curled up in their military bunk beds with their blankets – watch this space.
